Terms of Service

Effective Date: The date on which you first accept these Terms
Last Updated: May 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Mindra LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Mindra," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at www.enforcedspeed.com and the EnforcedSpeed mobile application (available on iOS and Android app stores), including any subdomains, features, content, and services offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

BY CLICKING "I AGREE," "ACCEPT," OR A SIMILAR BUTTON, OR BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. THESE TERMS APPLY TO ALL VISITORS TO THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING USERS WHO BROWSE THE WEBSITE WITHOUT SUBMITTING TICKET INFORMATION, AS WELL AS USERS WHO CREATE ACCOUNTS OR SUBMIT USER CONTENT.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Account" means a registered user account created to access certain features of the Services.

"Automated Processing" means processing performed by software with minimal or no human oversight, including AI-based image analysis, data extraction, classification, pattern recognition, statistical aggregation, validation, and consistency analysis. It also means the use of Artificial Intelligence models and agents for support and delivery of the Services.

"Enforced Speed" means a statistical metric generated by the Platform based on aggregated, user-submitted ticket data. It is a descriptive indicator of reported enforcement patterns and does NOT represent a safe, legal, or recommended driving speed.

"Personal Information" has the meaning set forth in the Privacy Policy.

"Platform" means the website, applications, and related infrastructure operated by Mindra under the name EnforcedSpeed.

"Services" means the ticket submission, processing, and related functionality offered through the Platform.

"User Content" means any information, data, text, images, files, or materials submitted, uploaded, or transmitted by a User through the Services, including Ticket Data, Ticket Images, profile information (such as username, profile photo, and vehicle details), comments, likes, and any other content or interactions.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Certain features of the Services may require you to create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep such information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.

Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES

The Services include an online platform and mobile application that allows Users to submit information relating to traffic or speeding tickets, including the optional upload of ticket images, and to receive automated extraction and verification of certain information through software-based technologies, including AI-based image analysis and related Automated Processing.

The Services are currently provided free of charge. Company does not charge users any fees for access to or use of the Services.

3A. TICKET IMAGE SUBMISSIONS

3A.1 Upload and Automated Image Processing

Ticket Image uploads are analyzed to verify the information entered by the User regarding their ticket. Below is a technical description of the Ticket Image upload and analysis process. Company provides this description as a good faith account of how Users' Ticket Images are processed.

When a User submits information about a speeding ticket, the User may optionally upload an image of the ticket (i.e., a Ticket Image). Under normal operation, image handling functions as follows:

Sanitization and Standardization. Uploaded images are sanitized server-side and re-encoded or resized to remove embedded metadata and prepare the image for Automated Processing.

Temporary Quarantine Storage. Sanitized images are placed in private, non-public storage for short-term processing. Only a reference to the image is stored in application databases.

AI-Based Image Verification. Background processing systems retrieve the image and submit it to an AI-based image analysis service (currently Google Gemini) to determine whether the image is a genuine traffic citation and to extract relevant ticket values (i.e., speed limit, ticketed speed). Specifically, Company's application instructs the AI service to return only the following five values, and nothing else: (i) whether the image is a traffic citation (true or false), (ii) the posted speed limit shown, (iii) the alleged ticketed speed shown, (iv) a confidence score between 0.0 and 1.0, and (v) a short internal reason code (no longer than 120 characters). These five values are the only information from the Ticket Image that Company's application receives, parses, or stores. No other information visible in the Ticket Image — including but not limited to names, dates of birth, driver's license numbers, Social Security numbers, addresses, court information, photographs of persons, vehicle identification numbers, or license plate numbers — is requested by Company's application, returned to Company's application, or stored in Company's database. The AI service independently processes the image bytes within the AI provider's infrastructure to generate the five-value response described above. Company does not control, direct, or have visibility into the AI provider's internal model processing. Company's representations in this Section concern only what Company's application requests, receives, and stores; Company makes no representations regarding what occurs inside the AI provider's systems beyond the response returned to Company.

Deletion After Processing. Following completion of Automated Processing, the system is designed to delete the image as part of cleanup procedures.

Deletion Backstop. Temporary image storage is subject to automated lifecycle controls intended to delete images within a limited time window (not to exceed twenty-four (24) hours), even if processing is not completed as expected.

3A.2 Image Retention and Visibility

The Services are not intended to operate as an image-hosting or image-archiving service.

Ticket Images are submitted solely to enable Automated Processing and are not retained.

Under normal operation, Ticket Images are deleted shortly after processing or automatically deleted within the limited time window described above. The Platform does not present Ticket Images for routine viewing or browsing by Company personnel, however, Company retains the right to access images to comply with lawful obligations and where necessary to enforce the Terms of this Agreement such as the prohibition on malicious content.

Ticket Data, as validated by Automated Processing of Ticket Images, may be displayed publicly including without limitation in feeds, maps, rankings and reports. If you do not want this information public, do not upload a Ticket Image or make a submission.

3A.3 Retained Data

Following deletion of a Ticket Image, Company may retain any structured information derived from Automated Processing of User Content, including but not limited to jurisdictional data, speeds, dates, verification status, confidence scores, document classification results, and internal processing indicators. Retained data does not include the underlying image.

3A.4 User Responsibility; No Legal Advice

Automated Processing generally occurs without human review and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all information submitted to or generated by the Services.

The Services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Posted speed limits are the law, and you should always obey them.

3B. ASSUMPTION OF RISK; NO RELIANCE ON ENFORCED SPEED DATA

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

(a) THE "ENFORCED SPEED" AND ALL RELATED METRICS, STATISTICS, RANKINGS, TRENDS, PERCENTILES, AND DATA PRESENTED THROUGH THE SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, "PLATFORM DATA") ARE DERIVED FROM USER-SUBMITTED INFORMATION AND AUTOMATED PROCESSING. PLATFORM DATA MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OUTDATED, STATISTICALLY INSIGNIFICANT, OR BASED ON INSUFFICIENT SAMPLE SIZES.

(b) PLATFORM DATA DOES NOT REPRESENT, SUGGEST, RECOMMEND, OR ENDORSE ANY PARTICULAR DRIVING SPEED. PLATFORM DATA DOES NOT INDICATE THAT DRIVING AT ANY SPEED ABOVE THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT IS SAFE, LEGAL, ADVISABLE, OR UNLIKELY TO RESULT IN A CITATION.

(c) THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT IS THE LEGAL SPEED LIMIT. DRIVING IN EXCESS OF THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT IS A VIOLATION OF THE LAW REGARDLESS OF WHAT ANY PLATFORM DATA MAY INDICATE. COMPANY DOES NOT ENCOURAGE, ENDORSE, OR CONDONE DRIVING IN EXCESS OF POSTED SPEED LIMITS.

(d) YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH ANY DRIVING DECISIONS YOU MAKE. COMPANY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY TRAFFIC CITATIONS, FINES, PENALTIES, POINTS, LICENSE SUSPENSIONS, VEHICLE ACCIDENTS, PERSONAL INJURIES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM YOUR DRIVING DECISIONS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU VIEWED, RELIED UPON, OR WERE INFLUENCED BY PLATFORM DATA.

(e) THE SERVICES ARE AN INFORMATIONAL TOOL FOR TRACKING AND COMPARING SPEED ENFORCEMENT DATA. THEY ARE NOT A DRIVING AID, SPEED ADVISORY SERVICE, OR LEGAL DEFENSE TOOL. ANY USE OF PLATFORM DATA TO INFORM DRIVING BEHAVIOR IS UNDERTAKEN ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND IS NOT AN INTENDED USE OF THE SERVICES.

(f) YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST COMPANY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR RELIANCE ON PLATFORM DATA FOR DRIVING DECISIONS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

3C. FOUNDING PERIOD CONTENT

During the Platform's initial launch period, the Platform may include illustrative ticket entries created by Company rather than submitted by individual end users ("Founding Period Content"). Founding Period Content is generated programmatically using publicly available U.S. road and county geography data and is presented in the same format as user-submitted Ticket Data so that Users can evaluate the Platform's functionality and explore enforcement patterns even before the Platform has accumulated sufficient real user submissions in a given area.

Founding Period Content is illustrative only. It does not represent any actual citation issued to any real person, is not based on any actual law enforcement record, court record, or driver's license, and is not associated with any identifiable real-world driver, officer, court, vehicle, or specific incident. Founding Period Content does not display the "AI-Verified" badge and does not include any uploaded photograph.

Founding Period Content is automatically removed from a given county once that county receives a sufficient number of genuine user submissions, as determined by Company in its discretion. Company may also remove or modify Founding Period Content at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Founding Period Content may be included in aggregate statistics, heat maps, rankings, and similar Platform Data displays during the launch period in order to provide a representative view of enforcement patterns. The disclaimers and limitations set forth in Section 3B (Assumption of Risk; No Reliance on Enforced Speed Data) apply equally to Platform Data that incorporates Founding Period Content.

4. USER CONTENT

You are solely responsible for all User Content you submit.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to submit the User Content;

The User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and

The User Content does not violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights.

You agree not to submit fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or malicious content as determined solely by Company.

4A. PROFILE INFORMATION AND PUBLIC VISIBILITY

4A.1 Profile Data. You may provide profile information including a username, profile photo, and vehicle details (year, make, model). You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all profile information you submit. Company does not verify the accuracy of profile information.

You acknowledge and agree that certain User Content is displayed publicly on the Platform, including but not limited to: your username, profile photo, ticket submissions, comments, likes, and any other content you post. By submitting User Content, you consent to its public display. If you do not want information to be public, do not submit it through the Services.

4A.3 Photo Uploads. You may upload photos including profile photos and Ticket Images. By uploading any photo, you represent that: (i) you have the right to upload and display the photo; (ii) the photo does not contain illegal, obscene, or harmful content; (iii) the photo does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. Company may use automated safety screening (including Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch) to reject photos containing inappropriate content. Company is not liable for any consequences arising from photos you upload or display.

4A.4 Comments and Interactions. You are solely responsible for all comments and interactions you post through the Services. Comments are publicly visible and associated with your username. Company may remove, restrict, or moderate any comment at its sole discretion without notice. Company is not liable for the content of user comments or for any disputes between users.

4A.5 No Expectation of Privacy in Public Content. You acknowledge that User Content submitted through public features of the Services (including ticket submissions, comments, profile information, and profile photos) is publicly accessible and may be viewed, collected, or used by other users or third parties. Company is not responsible for how third parties use publicly available User Content.

5. LICENSE GRANT TO COMPANY

Process, analyze, and retain User Content (including profile information and uploaded photos) for purposes of content moderation, safety screening, abuse prevention, and service improvement; and

Use User Content to generate aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data products, analytics, and insights that do not identify you personally.

Company does not claim ownership of User Content beyond the limited license expressly granted herein.

6. DATA PROCESSING AND PRIVACY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED US $100.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COMPANY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY TRAFFIC CITATIONS, FINES, PENALTIES, POINTS, LICENSE ACTIONS, VEHICLE ACCIDENTS, PERSONAL INJURIES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR DRIVING BEHAVIOR OR DECISIONS, WHETHER OR NOT INFLUENCED BY PLATFORM DATA.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent such exclusions or limitations are prohibited, Company's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These limitations apply to all claims, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory, and survive any failure of essential purpose.
