"Ticket Image" means an uploaded photo or scan associated with a ticket submission.
"Service Providers" means third-party companies that process information on our behalf (examples listed below).
"Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked (directly or indirectly) with an individual or household.

Optionally uploaded Ticket Images.
You may also provide: profile information (username, profile photo), vehicle details (year, make, model), comments on other users' ticket submissions, and location data (when you grant location permission in the mobile application). Photos (Ticket Images and profile photos) may be selected from your device's photo library or captured using your device's camera, with your permission. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of all information you provide.

When you access the Services, we (and our infrastructure providers) may automatically collect:
Log and device data such as IP address, user-agent, browser type, operating system, timestamps, pages requested, and referring/exit pages.
Usage data such as interactions with pages/features, error reports, and performance diagnostics, etc.
Approximate location that is derived from your IP address for security and basic service functionality.
Where information is collected from third parties that collection is subject to their terms.
The process of uploading Ticket Images is detailed in our Terms of Service, that you accept prior to uploading a Ticket Image. The Terms of Service further describe the steps Company takes when conducting Automated Processing.
After image deletion, we may retain:
Structured ticket data (state, road, speeds, dates),
Verification status indicators,
Internal processing markers.

7.1 Third-Party Service Providers
We use third parties to host and operate the Services. These currently include:

We may share information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, protect rights/safety, respond to lawful requests, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
The Services use Automated Processing to assist with data verification. This includes the use of AI-based image analysis (currently Google Gemini 2.5 Flash) to evaluate whether a submitted image appears to be a genuine traffic citation and to extract speed values from it.
When you upload a Ticket Image, the image is transmitted to Google's Gemini API for analysis. Our application instructs the AI to return only the following five values, and nothing else: (i) whether the image is a traffic citation (true or false), (ii) the posted speed limit shown on the document, (iii) the alleged ticketed speed shown on the document, (iv) a confidence score between 0.0 and 1.0, and (v) a short internal reason code (no longer than 120 characters). These five values are the only information from the Ticket Image that our application receives, parses, or stores. No other information visible in the Ticket Image — including but not limited to names, dates of birth, driver's license numbers, Social Security numbers, addresses, court information, photographs of persons, vehicle identification numbers, or license plate numbers — is requested by our application, returned to our application, or stored in our database.
Following Automated Processing, the Ticket Image is deleted from our temporary storage. This deletion is performed automatically as part of the verification job and is designed to occur within seconds of upload completion. As a backstop, all images in our temporary storage are subject to automated lifecycle controls that delete them within twenty-four (24) hours regardless of processing status.
Google Gemini independently processes the image bytes within Google's infrastructure to generate the five-value response described above. Google's processing of the image is governed by Google's API terms of service. We do not control, direct, or have visibility into Google's internal model processing. Our representations in this Section concern only what our application requests, receives, and stores; we make no representations regarding what occurs inside Google's systems beyond the response returned to us.
In addition to the verification described above, your uploaded Ticket Image is also sent to Google Cloud Vision, which screens the image for unsafe or explicit content before it can be published. Google Cloud Vision returns only a content-safety assessment to our application; no other information from the image is requested or stored by us as a result of this check, and the image is subject to the same deletion described above.
Both Google Gemini and Google Cloud Vision process the image within Google's infrastructure under Google's applicable terms and Google's Privacy Policy (available at policies.google.com/privacy), which set out Google's data protection and security commitments. We transmit to Google only the Ticket Image, solely for the verification and content-safety purposes described in this Section.
